This moment in history is not about sitting back in celebration but stepping forward in action. God has given us a window of opportunity\u2014a divine season of mercy\u2014to fulfill His Great Commission with renewed fervor. The election of the 47th president, against what seemed like insurmountable odds, is evidence that God hears the cries of His people. This reprieve is not just a blessing\u2014it\u2019s a charge. It\u2019s as if the Lord is saying, &#8220;I\u2019ve heard your prayers. Now what will you do with the time I\u2019ve given you?&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We must remember that seasons of grace are not for complacency. They are for preparation, action, and the advancement of God\u2019s Kingdom. The spotlight is on the church because the world is watching. They want to know if we will steward this moment well or squander it in self-interest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Great Commission: Our Mandate<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jesus\u2019 final command to His disciples was clear:<br><em>&#8220;Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.&#8221;<\/em> (Matthew 28:19-20, NKJV)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Winning souls is not optional; it\u2019s the heartbeat of God. The world is filled with people searching for hope, truth, and purpose\u2014people who are weary from the chaos and darkness of recent years. The church has the answer: the gospel of Jesus Christ. But the gospel must be proclaimed. It must be shared with boldness, urgency, and love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Spotlight Is On the Church<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The church has been given a platform in this season, and with it comes great responsibility. The world is looking to us for direction, for hope, and for a demonstration of God\u2019s love and power. We must rise to the occasion, living as salt and light in a world desperate for truth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Apostle Paul wrote:<br><em>&#8220;How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher?&#8221;<\/em> (Romans 10:14, NKJV)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is not just the job of pastors and evangelists. Every believer has a role to play in sharing the good news. Whether it\u2019s through personal relationships, community outreach, or global missions, we are all called to be ambassadors for Christ (2 Corinthians 5:20).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A Spiritual Battle Rages<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The reprieve we are experiencing is not the end of the spiritual battle; it\u2019s a shift in the fight. The enemy is still seeking to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). But we know that Jesus came to bring life, and life more abundantly. Winning souls is how we take ground from the enemy and populate heaven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We must stay vigilant in prayer, discerning the times and seasons. The reprieve is a time to press forward, not to relax. We must use this season to strengthen the church, disciple new believers, and equip ourselves for what lies ahead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Time Is Now<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jesus said, <em>&#8220;The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.&#8221;<\/em> (Matthew 9:37-38, NKJV)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are living in a harvest season. Hearts are open like never before, and the Spirit of God is moving across the nations. We cannot afford to waste this time. Every soul matters to God. Each one is a victory for the Kingdom of Heaven and a blow to the kingdom of darkness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let this be a wake-up call to the church: The reprieve is not permanent. We must act while we have the chance. Let us pray for boldness, for opportunities, and for the courage to step out in faith. Let us share the gospel at every opportunity, discipling those who respond, and planting seeds in those who do not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Stewarding the Spotlight<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The world is watching the church. This is our chance to show them the love of Christ, to proclaim the truth of the gospel, and to be the hands and feet of Jesus. Let us not squander this season of favor but use it to make an eternal impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The spotlight is on us, not for our glory, but for God\u2019s. Let us shine brightly, pointing the world to the only One who can save, restore, and redeem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now is the time to win souls, to advance the Kingdom, and to be about our Father\u2019s business.
