Let\u2019s examine ten key scriptures from the New King James Version (NKJV) that illustrate this profound truth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. **John 14:16-17**<br>&#8220;And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever\u2014 the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. **Romans 8:9**<br>&#8220;But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. **1 Corinthians 6:19-20**<br>&#8220;Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? Now He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. **1 Corinthians 12:7-11**<br>&#8220;But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all: for to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, to another the word of knowledge through the same Spirit, to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healings by the same Spirit, to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another discerning of spirits, to another different kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues. But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually as He wills.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9. **2 Corinthians 3:17-18**<br>&#8220;Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.
